In these terms and conditions, the company shall refer to Roo's House Limited. Each offer, quotation, acceptance, and contract for the sale or supply of goods and services ("the goods") by the purchaser("the client") is subject to these terms, to the exclusion of any terms proposed or referred to, and the client ordering the correspondence or elsewhere implied by trade practice or any previous course of dealings with the company and the client.

Terms

The client will be required to pay 100% upon placing the order with the company unless otherwise agreed. This will be returned immediately if the order cannot be accepted. Acceptance of the seller's quotation will be deemed to be an acceptance of these terms and conditions. All accounts are due within 7 days from the invoice date.

All prices are subject to change until quoted.  If any fabrics, wallpapers, or trims are discontinued a suitable alternative sample will be sent out free of charge.

Any dissatisfaction, problems, or complaints must be made and received by the company within 5 working days from receipt of goods. 

Delivery

All delivery dates are quoted as genuine forecasts, but shall not be binding to the company.

Risk and Title

Risk or loss and/or damage to the goods passes to the client when the goods are delivered to the client’s property, their upholsterer, or their curtain maker.

Claims

In any event, the limit of the liability for any fault or defect in the product shall be to the sum not exceeding the purchase price of the particular goods and the company shall not be held liable for any incidental or consequential loss, howsoever arising.

Force Majeure

The company shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever to the buyer, which may be incurred directly or indirectly as a result of the operation of any factor beyond its reasonable control including (but without limitation) act of God, legislation, war, failure or interruption of supplies, strike or other industrial action.

Proper Law

The contract made with the company incorporating these terms and conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with English law and parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

These terms and conditions are subject to change without notification but will remain such and valid for any contract once payment has been received.
