Am I able to see a larger sample of the fabric and wallpaper?

Yes, we can email you an image on request.

Can I buy just one fabric wallpaper or trim sample?

Our collections of samples are sold as one item. However, you can create your own too from our existing collections or go for a bespoke option. However, if you are lusting over one fabric in particular email us at info@rooshouse.co.uk and we can see what we can do.

What can I use the fabrics for?

There is an inspiration page here to give you ideas. On the back of each fabric, we advise on what you can use them for, however, if it says curtains this also covers blinds, cushions, throws, bedspreads, and valances.

Am I able to get a sample from two or three different boards rather than ordering each board?

Yes, you can go for the create your own product to build from our existing collections or our bespoke service will enable you to get samples from different boards and additional fabrics to create your own collection.

How do I find a curtain maker, decorator, or upholsterer?

We can help you with that, or if you want to do local use personal recommendations are always a good start. Social media such as local Facebook groups and online forums. We are currently building our little black book which will come with our collections eventually, so watch this space!

How long will it take to receive my collection pack?

Your pack will be sent out by first-class post the next working day after you place your order.

What is the lead time on orders?

This is dependent on the stock levels of the individual suppliers. If the item is in stock 2-3 working days, if not it can range from 2-4 weeks.

If the fabric needs to be treated for fire retardancy or soil and stain this will add 1-2 weeks.

What are the prices of the fabrics?

The range of prices is detailed in the collections. However, the flyer which accompanies the sample pack will include all the different prices.

How will I know what I can use the fabrics for?

Details for usage and the fabric composition are on each sample label.

Are the fabrics washable?

All the fabrics are dry clean only.

Are you able to send the boards and fabrics overseas?

Absolutely yes, email us and we will arrange it.
